How big are the containers?
20' x 8', they can hold the contents of a typical 3 bedroom house but you probably couldn't hide an elephant in there.
How much does it cost?
Please look at the individual locations to see the appropriate prices are displayed. Remember these prices are for a calendar month. We think they are very competitive and include VAT.
How do I rent a container from you?
Just give us a call and we can start the ball rolling, if you can come on site we can have you set up in 30 minutes or less. Though it is probably best that we show you our units before you commit to anything.
How are the self storage units secured?
Each container is secured by padalock which the renter provides. We can give advice as to the best locks to use and good suppliers.
How do you get to the Wymondham site?
From the town centre head out towards Wrenningham going through the traffic lights on the old A11.
Go under the railway line and right at the mini-roundabout.
Turn right down the far side of the Mr Coveralls shop as if you were going to Jewsons and go to the far end of the lane.
The yard is on your right.
How do you get to the Catfield site?
The best way to get there is to go along Catfield Road heading south and where it changes to Ludham Road, which is at the junction with Gypsy lane, turn west along the track and our storage units are on the right.
How do you get to the Barnham Broom site?
From Wymondham follow the signs towards Barnham Broom.
Go straight across the Watton road.
After a mile or so at the next T junction in Rush Green turn left and in 40m turn right into a Farm track.
200m down that track turn left and the self storage containers are just past the first barn.
Can I store caravans/cars on your site?
We do offer indoor storage for cars and caravans. POA.
I have heard there are problems with condensation with these steel containers, is there a problem?
Untreated containers can have condensation problems but all of our containers are treated with an internal coating to guard against condensation.
Can I rent a self storage unit for another person?
No, you can't rent a storage unit for another person. Whoever is renting the storage unit must show up to sign the lease.
Can I rent storage unit without going in person to take possession?
We need to have seen you and taken a copy of your ID and you will also have to have signed the lease. If that has already happened someone else you have authorised can come and fill your storage unit.
Can I move from one StoreGalore site to another?
Of course you can but pricing differs between sites, so your current price will not transfer. The best thing to do is tell us you want to move and we can see what we can do to sort it out for you.
